Mustard and Garlic dressing (500ml bottle)

 

 

We were tired of tasting rather bland dressings and decided to make our own. This dressing contains sunflower and olive oil, cider vinegar, garlic, herbs, mustard and honey. We do not use any emulsifiers so we advise you to give the bottle a good shake before use. Pour liberally over salads or use as a marinade.

Picante Sauce (170g jar)

This is a very hot sauce typical of those found in South America. This recipe uses fresh garlic, chillies and coriander. It is especially good with grilled meat and also as an ingredient in dips and marinades.

• dribbled over barbecued meat and vegetables
• as a marinade before barbecuing
• mixed in crème fraiche or yogurt as a dip
• to liven up a rice or bean salad.
